Project Overview

Book Melbourne Taxi is a Melbourne-based taxi booking company competing in one of Australia’s most crowded local transport markets. They came to MH Tech Solutions with a dated website, almost no organic visibility, and a booking journey that made it hard for customers to reserve a ride quickly on mobile.

Our brief was to rebuild their digital foundation from the ground up — a fast custom WordPress theme paired with an aggressive local SEO strategy designed to capture high-intent “taxi near me” and suburb-level search demand across greater Melbourne.

Challenges Faced by Book Melbourne Taxi

Weak Organic Visibility

The site ranked for almost none of the commercially valuable taxi and airport-transfer keywords, leaving the business dependent on word of mouth and paid referrals.
